A limited number of rooms at special negotiated rates have been selected at the conference venue A. Rome Lifestyle Hotel (Via Giorgio Zoega 59, 00164 Roma).
Hotel Reservations can be requested only by participants regularly registered to the Congress.
To book a hotel room, please fill in the online accommodation form.
To anticipate or extend your stay, please write an email to mail@nordestcongressi.it
Reservations will be confirmed only upon payment of the entire amount, booking fees included (€ 20.00 + 22% VAT).
The Organizing Secretariat will confirm your reservation and payment via email, and send you your invoice.
Hotel booking can be made by 16th February 2026 at the latest.
All requests made after this date will be subject to availability.
The above-mentioned conditions do not apply to group or corporate bookings. For such bookings, please contact the Organizing Secretariat Nord Est Congressi directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking can be cancelled by sending a written notification to mail@nordestcongressi.it
CANCELLATION PENALTY
- until 16th February 2026, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of one night’s stay.
- from 16th February 2026, the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the total amount of your purchase.
No amount will be refunded in case of no notification of the cancellation.
Booking fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be credited by the Organizing Secretariat within 60 days after the end of the Congress.
